♡ 𝄖 Unless otherwise specified, please send all commission inquiries through vGen, ko-fi, or email: [email protected].♡ 𝄖 My contact info is only to be used to discuss potential commissions and the status of your commission.

II. ⸺ Payment

♡ 𝄖 All payments must be made in USD.♡ 𝄖 All payments made through vGen or ko-fi.♡ 𝄖 All payments must be received in full before work on the commission begins. Payment plans are not accepted.

III. ⸺ Artists' Rights

♡ 𝄖 I prohibit my artwork being used for AI. This includes, but is not limited to, using AI to modify my artwork in anyway or using my artwork to train AI.♡ 𝄖 I reserve the right to decline any commission, for any reason.♡ 𝄖 I retain copyright of all commissioned works, unless otherwise discussed.♡ 𝄖 I reserve the right to record, livestream, and/or publish any commissioned artwork to my online galleries and/or portfolio. If you wish to purchase a private commission that will not be posted to my online galleries and/or portfolio an additional NDA fee of $100 will be charged. You must disclose if you wish to purchase a private commission prior to payment.

IV. ⸺ Clients' Rights

♡ 𝄖 You may not use commissioned artwork for commercial use, unless previously agreed upon. A commercial use license may be purchased for a 250% fee of the total commission price.♡ 𝄖 You may use and post the commissioned artwork in any way you like (icons, headers/banners, wallpapers, etc.) as long as you are not profiting directly from the commissioned artwork and proper credit is given to me, the artist.♡ 𝄖 You may resize, crop, color correct and do other minor photo edits to the commissioned artwork. If you wish to edit the commissioned artwork beyond this, please contact me.

V. ⸺ Process

♡ 𝄖 I will not begin work on the commissioned artwork until payment is received in full.♡ 𝄖 You may request a WIP - Does not apply to "pay what you want" and skeb style commissions.♡ 𝄖 Upon completion you may request up to 3 minor revisions such as: color correction, cleaning up lines/mistakes that I may have missed, and other simple edits. Major revisions will be subject to a fee.♡ 𝄖 Completion of your commission may take up to 2 months.

VI. ⸺ Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

♡ 𝄖 I have the right to cancel and refund any commission at any time. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund, regardless of where I am in the process of the commission.♡ 𝄖 Refunds are not accepted.♡ 𝄖 You have the right to cancel the commission if payment has not been made.♡ 𝄖 If a chargeback occurs, you lose all rights to use and publish the commissioned artwork and any other artworks I have created.
